    Office Visit / Follow-up

    I did the Pre-Check-in on my phone the day before my appointment but when I arrived there was more paper work required and scanning of information on my smart phone which I didn't expect. (I would have arrived earlier so not to have delayed my appointment.) Technology is great but more impersonal.

    Checkin was slow. More than 10 minutes! QR code wasn’t working …. I asked to email some info and was told the office doesn’t have an email address? Also offered to print an insurance card from my phone but printer isn’t wireless …..process seemed clunky (although the person was very calm and kind).
